January: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st
February: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
Spring 2026:

- MS Tier (2031-2034): 5:00pm-6:30pm
- CHS Tier (2025-2030): 5:00pm-6:30pm
90-Minute Positional Training
ONE Session: $100
