the offense & defense skills needed by all players:
(2-Way Mid, Face Off Mid, LSM, Attack, Close D)
with a focus on positional core competencies at scale; that is, with multiple years of competition on the field and comprehensively for ALL 5 Phases of the game.
With the new NCAA Rules for 2025-2026 upon us... fulfilling the requirement of play for all positions takes extra reps, expert critique and film review!
